Caley Watts
Caley Watts is a Cree singer-songwriter and artist from the West Coast. She was born and raised in the remote Bella Coola Valley, located within the vast wilderness of the Great Bear Rainforest in British Columbia. Her music blends blues, folk, experimental sounds, and Indigenous stories into a style that is her own. Her lyrics reflect a unique wilderness upbringing on her family’s remote homestead and her experiences exploring remote rivers and mountains on the coast. Caley is currently working on a new musical project from her cabin studio that overlooks the Bella Coola River.
