Under the Direction and Instruction of Brenda Lapointe, the Half Pints, a square dance group who has earned a national reputation, have overwhelmed and captivated their audiences with their synchronized stepping and refined square dance routines. As part of their performance, the Half Pints are very proud to demonstrate an enormous component of their Metis Heritage by stepping it out to traditional “Red River Jig”. Their demonstration includes ten distinct steps to the Red River Jig ending with a splash of the Orange Blossom Special.
