Aboriginal Sounds at Mundial Montreal
George Leach, A Tribe Called Red, Tanya Tagaq, Leela Gilday, Samian, Shauit, and Eekwol are set to showcase at the third edition of Mundial Montreal. The conference runs November 19 to 22 and it provides an opportunity for these artists to connect with some of the most sought-after programmers and tastemakers from across Canada, the U.S. and Europe.
A total of 30 acts will perform at eight venues throughout Montreal during the conference. The seven aforementioned artists are part of Mundial's Aboriginal Sounds spotlight, which also includes a panel discussion about cultural identity and marketing for artists.
