We're working with the Winnipeg Art Gallery to present the pop-up powwow for Nuit Blanche featuring Walking Wolf Singers, Buffalo Red Thunder, and local dancers on Saturday, September 23. The powwow kicks off at 7:00 pm and we'll be set up on the corner of Memorial Boulevard and St. Mary Avenue, right beside the gallery.

6:00 pm: Opening
7:00 pm: Pop-up powwow with Walking Wolf Singers, Buffalo Red Thunder, and local dancers
9:00 pm: Drag Performances from Feather Talia and Local Honey with projections by Helga Jakobson
9:30 pm: Carrie Allison and Jean Borbridg
9:00 pm - 12:00 am: DJ set by The Kaptain

The powwow will run from 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm. Ray "Co Co" Stevenson will be our MC for the powwow and everyone is welcome to dance during the intertribals.

Please note that only invited dancers will be paid.
