The Beyond Buckskin Lookbook Launch
Aboriginal Music Week is partnering with Beyond Buckskin on the launch of their Lookbook during the Reservation Economic Summit (RES) in Las Vegas on March 12, 2013. Music and fashion often go hand-in-hand and we hope that this collaboration will lead to even more innovative and exciting Indigenous fashion events at the festival in the future.
The Lookbook features over seventeen designers, representing the Northwest Coast, Southwest, Northern Plains, California, Plateau and Southeastern Native American adornment legacies in contemporary fashion designs. The book also demonstrates how Native style transcends space and time.
The launch is set for 6-9pm in one of the private suites at Mandalay Bay.
