Junior Jiggers, Norman Chief Memorial Dancers
The Junior Jiggers of the Norman Chief Memorial Dancers have been performing for audiences since they were children. The four young women learned how to waltz and two-step at coffee parties and community events. As they grew older, their talent and love for dancing flourished - providing them the opportunity to form The Half Pints, an all-female square dance troupe who have performed and competed all throughout Manitoba and Western Canada. Today, these young women are members of the Norman Chief Memorial Dancers and continue to promote Métis culture and heritage through music and dance.
