WHO IS STREETZ FM 104-7?
In 2008, NCI-FM put in a successful application into the CRTC to receive one of the last radio licenses for the city of Winnipeg. They received the approval to launch a Hip Hop and urban music station targeting Aboriginal youth and all youth who love Hip Hop music. This station is STREETZ 104-7.
STREETZ 104-7 is reaching out to all youth in Winnipeg and listeners of any age who love Hip Hop music and a younger, fresher urban sound. We are grabbing the ears of a large segment of the listening public that is being ignored and under served in this market.
