A Tribe Called Red picks up MMVA nomination
A Tribe Called Red's music video for "Sisters" from their award winning Nation II Nation record has picked up a nomination for Dance Video of the Year at the 2014 Much Music Video Awards (MMVA). The announcement was made in Toronto on May 21, 2014.
"Sisters" is up against the music videos for Thugli's "Run This," Keys N Krates' "Dum Dee Dum," "Asphyxiation" by Autoerotique, and "Come Alive" by Chromeo.
This year marks the 25th anniversary of the MMVA's and the winners will be announced at a televised celebration in Toronto on June 15. Tune in at 9 pm ET on Much, CTV, and CTV GO.
