New Visuals: William Prince's "Bloom"

Peguis First Nation’s William Prince unveiled a live performance of "Bloom" on September 2, and the video has already gained 883 views within its first two days on YouTube. The single will appear on his debut album later this year, and the video is part of Manitoba Music’s AMP Sessions series.

Open Mic & Festival Highlights

Prince hosted our Open Mic presented by NCI FM on August 21 alongside Chuck Copenace. The night was jam-packed with more than 22 singer-songwriters on the lineup, featuring almost all of our festival performers.

About William Prince

William Prince is a storytelling singer-songwriter from Peguis First Nation who sidesteps clichés to provoke thought and facilitate discovery. His rich baritone vocals pay tribute to his late father, and his genuine delivery reflects the hundreds of hours he has spent on stage.

Upcoming Album & Lead Single

Prince’s debut album, produced by longtime collaborator Scott Nolan, is set for release in November. The lead single, "The Carny", will be available for purchase on iTunes starting September 15.
