Peguis First Nation's William Prince unveiled a live performance of "Bloom" on September 2 and the video has already racked up 883 views after it's first two days on YouTube. The single will appear on his debut album later this year and the video is a part of Manitoba Music's AMP Sessions series.

Prince hosted our Open Mic presented by NCI FM on August 21 alongside Chuck Copenace. The night was jam packed with more than 22 singer/songwriters on the list and almost all of our festival perfomers in the mix.

About William Prince
William Prince is storytelling singer/songwriter from Peguis First Nation who sidesteps clichés to provoke thought and facilitate discovery. His baritone vocals pay tribute to his late father and his genuine delivery acknowledges the hundreds of hours that he's spent on stage.

Prince's debut album, produced by long time collaborator Scott Nolan, is set for a November release and the lead single "The Carny" can be purchased on iTunes after September 15.
