Music producer Boogey The Beat and award winning hip hop emcee Eekwol will be leading Aboriginal Music Week's first set of outreach workshops in Winnipeg this summer. The duo will be available for small group presentations about their work in music, mentor sessions with music programs in the city, and informal outreach to youth programs looking for Indigenous role models.

Their services will be free of charge for any organizations or programs who are able to host them and they'll be available for July 12, 13, and 14.

Please contact Alan Greyeyes (alan@ammb.ca) if you're interested in booking a presentation, mentor session, or an informal visit.

Aboriginal Music Week's youth outreach initiatives are made possible by the financial support of the Canada Council for the Arts.

A second set of mentors will be available on August 2, 3, and 4. Please contact Alan Greyeyes for more information.
