ACCESSIBILITY
The front entrance of the building is nearly at sidewalk level. There are no steps, however, there is a small incline at the door threshold of about two inches.
In the entranceway, there is an elevator that can take people up to the lobby. The elevator is locked, but during events there is a volunteer with a key available to help.
The lobby is at the same level as both Ventura Hall and ACU Hall. Ventura Hall is accessed through a set of double doors and a second entrance with no door. ACU Hall is accessible through one door. The seating in both Ventura Hall and ACU Hall is modular. It can be adjusted as necessary to accommodate patrons’ needs to allow them to take in the show from anywhere on the main floor of the hall.
Mezzanine seating in Ventura Hall is up a flight of stairs with 17 steps and there is no elevator access. The seating in the mezzanine is fixed and not moveable.
The washrooms in the lobby are both wheelchair accessible.
Parking at the venue is only available on the street. Patron can be dropped off and picked up at the front of the building. There are sidewalk curb cuts at the corner of Ellice Ave. & Sherbrook St. approximately 10 meters from the entrance to the building.
