- Kitigan Zibi School receives $10,000 MusiCounts grant The Kitigan Zibi School in Maniwaki, Quebec recently hosted a traditional feast and acknowledged the support of the MusiCounts Band Aid program along with the Canadian Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences (CARAS). The school received a $10,000 grant to purchase a variety of instruments, including acoustic and electric guitars, a keyboard, an electronic drum set and amplifiers.
